  • Opening the pension scheme with the provider unless we are restricted from doing so.

  • Assessing and uploading the relevant staff into the pension.

  • Provider letters for you to give your staff not enrolled.

  • Uploading contribution amounts into the scheme and triggering collection of contributions from the business.

  • Continual monitoring of the pension scheme for opt outs.

  • Continual assessment of the staff to check for new eligible employees.

  • Processing any opt in requests from staff.

  • Completing your declaration of compliance with The Pension Regulator.

  • Monitor for and completing your re declaration process every 3 years.
